Kanamycin, the main ingredient of KANA intranasal spray, is an aminoglycoside-antibiotics, that shows broad bactericidal action against Gram-negative bacteria including porcine Bordetella bronchiseptica as Gram-positive bacteria. So, KANA intranasal spray prevents and treats atrophic rhinitis effectively, one of chronic diseases in the swine farm. It can be served easily to suckling piglet during nursing periods with low toxicity and less irritation to Intranasal mucous membrane.

For prevention and treatment of atrophic rhinitis (AR) in suckling piglets

Dosage and Use |
|
|
|
Spray 0.6-1.6mL per treatment per head into each nasal cavity dividely, with repeating 4~5 times at interval of every 7 days during suckling periods.

1. Withdrawal period : 3 days 2. Do not use in swine over the age of 2 months.
