Feature and Benefits
 
Tylosin, an antibiotic belonging to the group of macrolides and a very powerful antibiotics obtained from growing Streptomyces fradiae, has prominent effectiveness against Gram-negative bacteria, some of Spirochete, Vibrio spp. and CRD as well as Gram-positive bacteria. Specially, samu TYLOSIN injection shows reliable and speedy efficacy against CRD and swine dysentery which has not been conquered perfectly and quickly with usual remedy of antibiotics and chemotherapeutics.


Indications
 
For treatment of infectious diseases caused by microorganisms susceptible to tylosin
Swine : Erysipelas(Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae), dysentery(Serpulina hyodysenteriae), Mycoplasmal penumonia(Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae)
Cattle : Bacterial pneumonia(Mannheimia haemolytica), shipping fever(Klebsiella spp. Pseudomonas spp., Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., etc.).


Dosage and Use
 
Swine : Inject at the ratio of 0.01~0.05mL of product per kg of body weight per day(2~10mg/kg of body weight as tylosin) intramuscularly for 2~3 consecutive days.(For Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, inject 2 times a day for 3 consecutive days intramuscularly.)
Cattle : Inject at the ratio of 0.02~0.05mL of product per kg of body weight per day(4~10mg/kg of body weight as tylosin)intramuscularly for 2~3 consecutive days.




Precaution(s) and others
 
1.Withdrawal period : Cattle - 28 days, Swine - 10 days, Milk - 4 days.
2.Treat it in accordance with the direction of your veterinarian.
